Ingredients
200 g fresh salmon in a net ½ bunch of chervil ½ bunch of chives 2 branches of tarragon 1 new onion (with its tops) 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon Salt Pepper. Implementation Wash dry and chop fresh herbs. Slice the salmon into "petals" and spread on a large serving platter. In a bowl, pour salt, lemon juice, finely chopped onion, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well and spread the sauce over the salmon. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Cover with a cling film and place in a cool place (at least 2 hours) before eating.
